Hotel a West Rushville

“Rob is so helpful making sure our room has the proper amenities for my physical disabilities. The rooms are always clean and organized. My adult son enjoys the swimming and sauna pools. Whenever we have chosen to eat breakfast, there is always a wide selection of food to choose from. The breakfast staff bends over backwards to accommodate guest's special requests.”

“I reserved a two queen bed suite when I arrived I was told their queen suites where all taken in fact, they told me that all the rooms that had two queen beds were all booked. I told him that I had reservations for over a month that I couldn’t have just a king bed. I had my daughter and granddaughter staying with me. after 15 minutes I was put in a room with two queen beds no mirror in the bathroom no towels. I’m not even sure the room was clean before we got in there other than the beds were...

“This place is very nice. The whole hotel is clean and well maintained. Amazing outdoor and indoor lounge spaces. Rooms very fresh and clean. Check in and check out times (3pm and noon) are not something you see very often anymore. Big plus if you don’t want to be rushed out in the morning. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel.”

“Everything was great, except the room's AC unit. It was rainy and humid during our visit and the AC unit could not remove any moisture. The room was so damp that the fresh, unused towels were damp.”

“The sheets didn’t seem like they were clean they had marks on them did find a couple of bugs, and the carpet was kind of squishy, meaning probably needs to be replaced. I thought they were supposed to be a continental breakfast, but there was none that I could find. The area was kind of suspect a few people look like they shouldn’t be there and did not have rooms there that I could tell just sitting in the parking lot. I asked twice to get clean towels. You only get one set of towels, one set...

“This was a very nice stay. The staff were extremely friendly. The gentlemen who took care of the breakfast area was very attentive to the guests. The place was spotless.”

“I was really impressed with the patience of the receptionist. She was with a client who just was a needy one and she gently guided him through the process. When it was our turn, she was gracious and so efficient! The breakfast had a really great assortment and we appreciated the friendly breakfast staff.”
